Shop FAQ

SHIPPING

My order should be here by now, but there's no sign of it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

- Ask your local post office if they have your package

- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package was not at the post office or your neighbor's, get in touch with us at hello@mkegrind.com with your order number. If you did find that we made a mistake in your delivery address, we could send you a replacement order. However, if you have provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. Please note that the customer is solely responsible for all applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties. Customs policies vary widely for every country, so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

ORDERS

I would like to change my order, what can I do?

Orders can be amended within the first 24 hours after they have been placed. After that, fulfillment will have started and we can no longer make any changes. To request an edit to your order, please contact hello@mkegrind.com with your order number and specific request.

Please Note: Changing a product within an order (e.g. size or color) may result in a longer fulfillment time.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at hello@mkegrind.com.

I received a wrong/damaged product; what should I do?

We're so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. Please email us at hello@mkegrind.com within a week with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order to help us resolve this for you quickly. We'll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

RETURNS

What's your return policy?

We don't offer returns and exchanges, but if there's something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at hello@mkegrind.com!

Do you offer refunds?

We only refund customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at hello@mkegrind.com with photos of faulty/damaged items, and we'll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you're unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store in the product description section. Although rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that's the case, please let us know at hello@mkegrind.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we'll send you a new one or issue a refund!

PRODUCTS

Are your products ethically made?

We source all our products and fabrics from ethical brands and suppliers that comply to strict labor, environmental, and safety standards. To learn more about the brands we work with, click their names here: Bella+Canvas | Gildan | Anvil | Champion.

What type of printing process is used on your items?

We use water based and Eco-friendly inks in a process called DTG, or direct-to-garment. This makes the feel much softer than traditional screen printed shirts, but just as durable. We're using CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) compliant inks, which are required when printing on children's wear.

I notice a scent and/or discoloration with my shirt. What should I do?

When unpacking a new garment with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent. They will both disappear after the first wash.
